The Church in the Home is more scripture then the local church, and the city church is more scripture is then the local church, in our time radical changes are coming to the local church, the new apostolic congregation is arising, and the next stage of city church is the new apostolic city church. –(Acts 2:24, 8:3,20:20, Rom. 16:3,5, 1 Cor. 16:19, Col. 4:15, Phlm. 2, 2 Jn. 10)

The Lord is bringing restorations to the church in the home, the home church, the cell church, and the way they flow in fellowship is changing. The pastoral ministry is based in the home church, or you can say home cell. There needs to be freedom and liberty in the home church, freedom and liberty for the pastoral ministry, and ministry in the home church, however freedom with order, responsibly, accountable, and to be grounds where future apostolic leadership, prophets and teachers are train, and through their successfulness, faithfulness, and maturity are promoted and raise up into eldership and oversight ministries in a new apostolic congregation. –(Acts 2:42,46,47)

Reasons for having the church in the home:

1. Relationship building.
2. The seven one another’s.
3. Mutual Edification.
4. Believer’s ministry.
5. Discipleship.
6. Pastoral ministry.
7. Pastoral care.
8. Christian lifestyle.

The Pastoral ministry and the Church leaders in the home are plural and work as a team, with one leading the group. –(LK. 10:1)

How does Cell leaders, or Home Cell Leaders lead?
1. Coordinate.
2. Create an environment of liberty.
3. Protection.
4. Has the last word.
5. Maintain the continuity.
6. Pastoral care.
7. Give sermons.
8. Coherence.
9. Pastoral Ministry.
10. Connect to the Congregation.

Congregation is a network of home cells, and the city church is a network of congregations. –(Acts 13:1-3)

Cell leaders that are call to other places of ministries in the congregation can be promoted through the home church. –(Acts 14:23)

Home Church meetings to be a place of mutual edification, mutual respect, mutual responsibility, mutual submission, and mutual ministry; the home church is the social location of the church, the home church is where the church meets, and the center place of a congregation is for apostolic ministry, equipping ministry, and prophetic and teachers ministry. The home church is the place for pastors and evangelist’s ministry. –(1 Cor. 14:26)

Example of Home Church Meeting Outline:

1. Eating together.
2. Reading letters from apostolic leaders.
3. Sharing together.
4. Prayer.
5. Prophecy.
6. Worship.
7. Teaching one another.
8. Giving of a sermon from pastoral ministry, etc.
9. Ministry time.
10. Fellowship.

The Home Church is not a program; instead it is the fellowship of the congregation. The center meeting place is the place for equipping, apostolic, prophetic and teaching ministry of the apostle, prophet, and the teacher. –(1 Cor. 12:28)
