We must build congregations that can stand without their senior leader, instead a senior leader will train new leaders, train new ministers, train new apostles, this is what you should do first, it is time for us to become fathers again, so that the Lord can restore the sons to the apostolic house. –(Matt. 4:19)

We must train and equip believers to stand on there two feet; this is why we need a good discipleship ministry, newborns need the elementary of the Word, then need the milk teaching, they need to be disciple. In our congregations we need to understand maturity, from newborns, to children, then to young people, then to fathers. We should not have believers co- depended on spiritual leaders, yes babes and children are codependent, but young men are to be independent, and mature believers are to be interdependent. It is time to have congregations of maturity. –(Heb. 5:12-14)

We need meat teaching, milk teaching is for babes and children, and meat teaching is for young warriors and mature believers. –(1 Cor. 3:1-2)

Apart from that, during Paul’s ministry, he will go into a place and win people to Christ, and then disciple and teach them for three months, and then he will leave them for about three years, and allow them to minister to one another, without spiritual leaders, without elders. –(Rom. 15:20)

Apostle Paul had such apostolic preaching, such apostolic teaching, had such preaching and teaching, that a group of believers could stand fast in fellowship without spiritual leadership. This kind of apostolic anointing in preaching and teaching is being rebirth again in the church. –(1 Cor. 2:4-5)

He give them guidance to stand as a group, and to fellowship as a group, he give them the teaching of the church in your house, and the one another minister, each has a teaching, each has a prayer, each has a prophecy, then minister to one another, they will come together, he give them guidance to flow together in the one another continuity and coherence of community. –(1 Cor. 14:26)

After some time Apostle Paul would return to see how the new fellowships were growing, He then will teach them more, and minister to them, and begin to raise up spiritual leaders and elders, and apostles, prophets, teachers, pastors, and evangelists. He would teach them to flow more into spiritual gifts and the gifts of the Spirit. –(Acts 14:21-28)

In time as those called into spiritual leadership, called to be elders, are then appointed and release. This would happen two ways, first a believer will flow among other believers in the one another ministry, and in time, the other believers will recognized their ministry, and their calling into the five-fold grace ministry, and then after a time, other ministers will begin to recognized them, then apostles would come along and give affirmation, appointed into leadership. Moreover, an apostle will come, and begin to mentor others, mentor young apostles, those called into ministry will be mentor, and then proved first, and then release into ministry, and then after a time of maturity and experience be appointed into eldership. –(1 Tim. 3:1-13, Tit. 1:5-9)

Apostles, prophets, teachers in maturity and experience are the elders of a congregation, however pastors ministry is in the church in the home, and evangelists are connected to a church in the home, and minister among the churches in the homes, the apostle, prophet, and teacher ministry is in the center. –(1 Cor. 12:28)

If your congregation is codependent on a senior leader, and if he or she goes to minister for the week at another congregation, and during that week the congregation comes to a stop, or falls apart, that is not maturity, If your congregation is codependent on a senior leader for all things, that is not good, and that is not maturity, If your congregation is codependent on spiritual leadership or elders for all the ministry needs, that is not good and that is not maturity. If you’re an apostle and the congregation you lead is codependent that is not good and that is not maturity, if you’re an apostle and the congregations you oversee is codependent on you for everything, or most things, etc. that is not good, and that is not maturity. –(Eph. 4:11-16)
